It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
We have put a lot of focus on making sure that your order gets delivered as quickly as possible. You will typically receive your order in 3 to 4 work weeks (can take up to 8 weeks**) from the date that order is processed, in rare cases, or if you are located in a remote location, the shipping time may extend to above 30 days. Orders that are not received within 60 days will be refunded or re-sent.
Items are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses, don't worry if you receive different items in your order separately, they will all reach you eventually. We ship out items individually to reduce waiting time as our warehouses are located in different regions. You would not be charged extra if your purchase is from 2 or more warehouses, that is on us!

**Shipping times may be affected during public holidays while manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Normal service will resume immediately after each holiday.
**Custom clearance at each country varies, and delay due to customs clearance is beyond our control, should your parcel be stuck at custom processing, we can attempt a contact with the post office for faster clearance but there are no guarantees that this will hasten the customs clearance speed.
If your order hasn’t arrived at the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make our best effort to locate your parcel or find a satisfying solution.
Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees
Ordered products may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country, which are not included in the price of the products. The purchaser of the shipment will be the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all the relevant customs duties, taxes and fees. Outlet Secret has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered products meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes.
In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. You can file a claim for the missing package.
If you missed your delivery, you can arrange a redelivery with your local post office. For parcels not retrieved and are returned to us, we will charge a redelivery fee of $6.95USD per order.
NOTE: Outlet Secret will not be held liable for any lost or undelivered parcel if you moved into a different address or you have provided a different shipping address.
